The boat was built in Bristol by RLL in 2002 and last surveyed in 2012. It is fitted with enormous fuel and water tanks to allow for long range cruising of the canals/rivers.

There is a large double cabin in the bow with four poster bed and masses of storage space. This is served by the equally impressive heads and shower which is well beyond any normal 56ft boat.
The galley on this boat rivals a flat with lovely gas cooker and 5-burner hob and loads of cupboard storage. There is also another dinette area which converts into a second double berth for guests.
The bright sitting room has plenty of space for two sofas and coffee table and the large windows provide great views out from here too.
Conveniently, there is also a second heads with basin and loo.

The boat is moored on a 12 month pied-a-terre mooring costing £11,500 p.a. which is renewable annually. The mooring is fully transferable on approval of marina management.
