Ce bateau logement anglais mérite votre attention, sa surface habitable est quasi doublée par le pont soleil supérieur avec conduite extérieure. Salle de bain complète avec douche, chauffage central. Les autres pièces bénéficient de radiateurs également à chaudière fioul. Eau chaude sanitaire par échangeur moteur et cumuls 220V. Le poêle est un plus pour les soirées fraîches. Cuisine toute équipée avec beaucoup de surface de travail et de rangements. En plus, machine à laver le linge, 2 frigidaires, un micro onde.
La cabine actuelle est ouverte et se compose de deux lits superposés mais facilement reconvertible en lit double. La dinette se transforme en lit double occasionnel et le canapé permet un couchage double également. Porte s’ouvrant vers la plage avant permettant une vue dégagée et une bonne aération de cet house boat sympa.
