Broker's Comments
A well laid out Broads Cruiser. She has a small fly bridge that is the perfect viewing spot for the broads, it’s just high enough so you can get a good view over the reeds but not too high that you will be struggling with all bridges.
She boasts a really good sized living area with an aft cabin sporting a double berth and en-suite with a shower; it can also convert into another saloon/dining room. The wheel house is a bright and spacious area with galley and a saloon that couples as a double berth. The forward cabin is another double berth with en-suite. Diesel heated throughout all cabins.
Engine was serviced last year with regular servicing prior to that. She also benefits from a bow thruster which makes mooring up and manoeuvrability much easier.
The boat offers a great opportunity for someone willing to offer some TLC.
