Broker's Comments
A rather unique vessel, as the flybridge was a 'special' requirement when the boat was built.
She has spent most of her time in Rotterdam, where she was used as a hotel boat.
The relatively short length provides a huge amount of space. Being only two cabins, both are large and comfortable with an ensuite shower forward.
The main saloon is light and airy, with all the steering and instrumentation in a completely separate cockpit area above.
She requires a little TLC and a good scrub, to make an excellent liveaboard.
She was last out of the water in 2015.
BSS due for renewal.
