Broker's Comments
I have more than a soft spot for the Vancouver 28, having dreamed and lusted after one, and finally found myself the proud owner of such, when I took early retirement from my RAF career. A more capable and rugged cruising yacht of her length and displacement would be hard to find and our example here has had, for the last fourteen years, the care and attention of a very competent owner who has seemingly spared no expense in her upkeep. The list of replacements and additions is too long to list here but will be provided to any serious prospective buyer, as will sight of the 2015 survey. A ruggedly competent, safe and sea kindly yacht which is ready to go and a berth in Neyland Yacht Haven which could be transferred (at cost) makes for a very attractive package but, if blue water beckons, then you could be heading for it before this season ends!
