Broker's Comments
This Tyler 31, a strong British built cruiser with wheel steering, is looking good. Although this yacht has spent a good period of time on a boatyard with very little use over the last few years, it has recently been refurbished to what appears to be a good standard.
The accommodation is roomy, clean and dry with a pleasant wooden mahogany finish. There’s a double sink in the galley, berths for 6, there are 240v fittings and a gas water heater.
The standing rigging has been professionally checked whilst the running rigging was replaced in 2019. The engine has also undergone a major check, service and overhaul in 2019.
Presently situated on a berth in a local marina, this vessel is ready for the season ahead.
