Broker's Comments
This boat is a not quite finished project that just needs the final touches.
I have met the owner and he tells me the bulk of the work has been completed - the hull, keel and rudder have been taken back to base, repainted and anti-fouled. The sail-drive has been rebuilt and the batteries have been replaced, amongst other things. The owner has a full list of the work undertaken which is available, as is a recent Insurance Condition Survey.
She would benefit from the work being finished and could provide a cheap start for anyone to get afloat.
