Broker's Comments
The Swan 76 is a classic built by Nautor and designed by S&S, any yachtsman will instantly recognise its pedigree and possibly the best you can get.
This example unfortunately had just completed the ARC 2016 when it had a electrical fault on AC unit and the fire spread through the forward section of the boat with most damage occurring around the forward bulkhead area.
The boat has been surveyed and deemed a loss.
In order to extinguish the fire many tons of saltwater were pumped below so electrical and mechanical components are also going to need replacement or refurbishment
