Cabin(s) | 2 |

Access from the raised aft deck via stairs with banister (not a ladder) the first thing that struck me was the condition of the interior. Hard to find any trace of age or use. The saloon is bright with great views to the outside with deep windows and good headroom adding to the feeling of space. There is no helm in the saloon either so all the space is given over to open plan living accommodation. Forward is the dinette to port which transforms into a small double bed. The galley opposite has good solid work surfaces a 12v fridge, gas 3 burner hob and gas oven with grill. Next to starboard is the day cum guest heads with electric WC a wash basin and a Nature Pure water purifying system for drinking water. Lastly the guest cabin with double bed 2m x 1.3 max . Aft of the saloon is the main cabin with a double bed of 1.9 x 1.4 max. Ensuite heads with separate shower. Heating from an Eberspacher Hydronic 10 giving warmth to two radiators in the main cabin, blown air vents in the forward cabin, dinette and saloon plus heated towel rails in both heads. Hot water from a tank heated by main engine and mains electricity (generator or shore power)
3 burner propane Stove

Broker's Comments
Stevens 1140 motor cruiser for sale. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this Stevens 1140 Dutch Steel cruiser for sale. Although the HIN indicates a 2002 vessel she was finished and launched in 2003 and is looking like a much newer boat both inside and out!
In thirty degrees of heat the cork decking on the aft deck was really pleasing underfoot and the fly-screen-protected hatches were making life comfortable inside. Stevens have an enviable reputation for building quality boats and I was impressed with the spotless presentation of this well looked after example. Bright, open plan saloon, comfortable cabins for the owner and guests alike and really easy to handle with both bow and stern thrusters (see our videos).
An ideal size for go anywhere cruising (Class B rated) and equipped for autonomous residential or long term cruising. Presently used as a liveaboard by our vendors and their new home will be finished by the end of October and they would like to remain onboard until then. In the meantime, she is available for viewing by appointment.
