Broker's Comments

It’s a real pleasure to spend time on this sturdy steel schooner that has been transformed into a lovely, yet very practical maritime live-aboard. Suitable for full time living or as a moveable holiday home, this vessel is surprisingly spacious and has a real warm, homely feel to her.

The wheel house, with it’s panoramic view, is the perfect spot to watch the world & wildlife go by in all weathers.

Down below, the light, airy interior is well insulated and has a warm wooden traditional finish with lots of character & features. The open plan main living area is well set out. The saloon, galley and dining areas fit together seamlessly to form a relaxed and comfortable living space.

The dining area has a charming custom-built table with an inlaid chess board centre, smart leather seating and room for 6. The galley is well equipped with a full sized cooker, fridge, microwave, large woodblock work surface and plenty of storage space. The saloon has a log effect gas fire, plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV & DVD player. The navigation table, set in one corner, provides a perfect study/computer area.

The forecabin has a double berth, with shelving and built in storage. Cabin two has two large bunkbeds and locker storage.

The shower room and heads are separate, with power shower and an integral holding tank, new in 2016.

The aft cabin is set out as a very practical utility room and is fitted with a large hanging wardrobe, a washer dryer & freezer.

There is plenty of headroom though out and the traditional skylights and portholes give lots of light.

Spacious enough for a professional couple or small family, this home on the water is ready to move into straight away and comes fully furnished as such, with all the domestic appliances needed for cooking, washing and home entertainment.
