Broker's Comments
If you are looking for a gin palace or marina flagship with which to impress your friends this yacht is definitely NOT for you! However, if the dream entails a nose around Greenland with a peek at the NW Passage followed by a return around Cape Horn then this might just be the boat you're looking for. Her main virtue is that she's strong, in the style of a brick outhouse, fast, seaworthy, has a new engine and perhaps most of all - CHEAP! Oh yes, she has new upholstery too. Built in Canada, sailed across the pond, she has since won races and has recently cruised Ireland and the Scillies. She will not suit everyone as she has no coachroof or doghouse and natural lighting is provided by two clear hatches. She will suit someone who wants a boat that will withstand a knockdown or two!
