From the large covered sundeck there is a companionway into the main saloon and there is a short stairway to the upper helm and boat deck. Also there is an entry from the side deck on the starboard side through a side door into the the helm station. The main saloon is spacious to the max with lots of natural light from large side and front windows. This main saloon also includes the lower helm station. The floors are teak and holly hardwood and the side walls are teak panel. Forward and down several steps is the athwartship galley to port and a dinette to starboard. The galley includes an electric three burner stove with oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, and a stainless steel sink with U-shaped counters. There is nice teak cabinetry above and below the counters. To starboard is the built-in dinette with seating for six. Forward in the forward cabin is a queen bed with a head to starboard and a separate shower stall on the port. This cabin features teak cabinets, a hanging locker and teak counter.
In the saloon aft is the entry to the owners' spacious private cabin, with a queen walk around bed in the center. Again a separate head and shower space. The head is on the port and the shower is to starboard. There is a generous number of hanging lockers, banks of drawers and counter spaces all of well-finished teak. Also to starboard is an entry into the cockpit.
Each of the three main living areas have individual heat controls for the Webasto diesel heater.
The lower helm includes the engine controls as well as all the necessary gauges with electrical panels for both the 12 and 120 volt systems. The major navigation equipment includes an auto pilot, ecently installed Garmin Chart Plotter combined with radar overlay and AIS.

Broker's Comments
Here is a big, versatile, well-respected, long distance trawler that also makes a wonderful live-aboard. The outside spaces include a cockpit, a large covered sundeck for lounging and entertaining which includes an outside bar with sink and ice maker. There are doors port and starboard to the wide side decks leading to the foredeck. Also from this sundeck is the entry to the saloon as well as entry to the flybridge with a boat deck above and aft. The two cabin private sleeping arraignment, both with queen beds and private heads and showers provides comfortable travel with guests. The saloon with the lower helm and the large galley are attractive and more than adequate for those who want to live aboard.
Due to the seller's health and out of state residence in recent years the exterior detail has suffered. This boat shows the affects of deferred maintenance in the way of oxidation and weathered gel coat. We believe that the current price reflects these needs however the seller is willing to look at all offers.
The details presented here are a "best effort" presentation and not warranted to be 100% accurate. This information was provided by the seller and listing broker observations.
