Broker's Comments
Something a little different!
A man with a vision bought this boat from Scotland and took her from a life of ferrying tourists along the Scottish coast, to conversion to a floating home - and what a floating home she looks to be!
With her engines, tanks, wheelhouse and most other equipment removed, the empty wooden shell was cleaned, prepared and then completely refitted inside.
Her upper interior is light, bright and airy - and one can imagine the amazing views, once her new location is identified and she's settled in. Down below, you have plenty of space - with limited headroom - with two large compartments and a designer bathroom.
Please note that there are areas due for completion, as shown in the photographs and this is all included in the package. If you're quick enough, you may be able to specify tailored solutions, such as interior flooring and her hull colour.
A suitable berth needs to be identified and procured by purchasers. Laying ashore for easy inspection. Potential exists for mooring at Shoreham-by-Sea.
No evidence of VAT payment or exemption is held for this vessel.
