Broker's Comments

This boat was sold new to an Italian who used her lightly but regularly in Italy until about 8 years ago when sadly he passed away. The boat was laid up ashore for the next 7 years before being placed for sale. The current owner found her in the yard in Italy and realised under the dust was a really good, low hours boat. Having cleaned and commissioned/serviced her, he then spent a happy summer sailing her back across the Med, eventually back to here in Neyland where she now sits. It has been decided that she is a little bit too big for his needs here as a run-about locally. Rodman 1250's are more at home on off-shore passages or serious fishing trips. She is low hours and lightly used with some decent electronics (good auto pilot and plotter etc). The cushions are currently stored off the boat, but they are being dropped off to us, at which time we will update the photos.
She has a very keen asking price at least 15-20k cheaper than the handful of others that are for sale. A great boat at a great price.
