Broker's Comments

This Puget Sound 47 was built in 1979 and launched in 1980.

She has been with the current owners since 2004 and they have had many great sea trips from Hayling Island down to the West Country in her, visiting such places as Brixham and Salcombe.

The owners have advised me that she was very sea worthy and comfortable when sailing to these destinations.

For 10 years she was used virtually every weekend by them, but more recently she has been ashore and not been used.

Due to her time ashore, I would expect some maintenance will be required on the engines and also some general updating may now be beneficial.

Internally she is nicely presented and very spacious for a boat of this size, with lots of space for entertaining and relaxing .

This Puget Sound has a large galley and saloon area, so she would also make a great house boat or live on board for long trips away.
