Broker's Comments
This lovely Princess 435 still looks current and modern and this is testament to the designer Bernard Olesinski who certainly knew his stuff.
Everything about this design just works, the styling is classic and the interior is spacious and practical, ideal for extended cruising or living aboard permanently.
There are luxurious cabin forward, midship and aft, a good sized saloon and a very well equipped galley.
On deck everything is in proportion but there is still plenty of room both on the flybridge and aft for relaxing and or entertaining family or friends.
This classic cruiser has been well looked after by the current owners and she was spotlessly clean and tidy when we carried out the photography.
The boat has been lifted out (May 2019) and new anti-fouling paint has been applied and new anodes fitted.
An insurance survey was also carried out while she was out of the water and nothing major was identified.
She is very well equipped and all the navigation equipment inside and on the flybridge have been linked, plus CCTV has been added.
If you are looking for a classic cruiser with comfort and performance then this is a must see and she would also make a great Live aboard.
