Broker's Comments
Plymouth, UK was the birthplace of Princess Yachts in 1965. Since then, they have developed into one of the most successful motor yacht builders in the world.
The Princess 41 is one of the last of the John Bennett hulls before they switched designers to Bernard Olesinski. A conventional planing hull with a modified deep-vee that combines deep forward sections with a flatter aft profile for better seakeeping
Outboard she is spacious, the flybridge, a sunbathing area forward and an aft deck give lots of room to enjoy being in the sunshine and her interior helm position has great visibility for when things are not quite so clement!
Below the split level design means vast amounts of comfortable interior space for her overall length and good standing headroom throughout. The twin aft cabin is ensuite and has lots of storage and the forward cabin with its island double berth is attractive and spacious
The upper saloon is light and bright with large windows all round and she benefits from a well equipped galley and additional dinette area which adds to her versatility. The interior fit out appears dated by modern standards however she is clean and fresh below and seems to be in good order. She is ideal as a liveaboard or for extended cruising
And then below the sole boards are a pair of Volvos, completely rebuilt in 2019 with less than 100 hours since. Full access from the saloon but also the aft cabin steps allow you into the recently re-insulated engine room and access to aft ends and shafts.
She has recently relaunched and is afloat ready for viewing
