Broker's Comments

Here we have a Princess 37 that offers all of the usual Princess qualities - plenty of space and great accommodation.

She needs a good old dose of TLC, inside and out - her exterior could do with a good tidy, clean and polish, whilst her interior would benefit from a deep clean and perhaps some modernising.

That said, she's well equipped though there is some work to be done, but hopefully her price will leave some money in your budget to help you out.
