Broker's Comments

This Pedro Levanto 44 was specified to a very high standard from new by her current owner. Built in late 2007 and exhibited at the Southampton boat show in 2008 this boat has many extras costing over £33,000 many of which cannot easily be retrospectively fitted.
The extras include 24 Volt Stern and Bow Thrusters with remote control making single handed berthing straight forward. Comprehensive Instrumentation with two separately functioning systems; both with Colour Chart Plotters. A 24 Volt Electric Windlass, Autopilot and Radar. The boat hull has a custom dark blue finish from new. The saloon windows are double glazed and lightly tinted. The curtains are thermal lined and the list goes on.
The interior is has two good sized double cabins both with en-suite facility. The aft cabin has a large island double berth, an en-suite heads with hand basin and a separate shower room. The forward cabin also has an island double berth and en-suite access to the main heads with toilet hand basin and shower. The Galley is well equipped and has Corian work tops; across from the galley the dinette can also convert to make a third double berth when required. The finishes on this boat are to a very high standard; designed with comfort and practical use in mind there is ample storage throughout.
The Perkins diesel engine this has only completed 802 hours; and there is service history from new. The fuel consumption is superb using just 8 litres per hour at the 8 knot cruising speed.
They are an ideal boat for coastal cruising, crossing the channel and also perfect for inland waterways such as the Thames and the French Canals. The boat has been designed to make reduction of the air draft simple, the radar arch folds easily and the windows also all fold down if an even lower air draft is needed; the end result being an impressively low 2.86m.

NOTE: MARINA PONTOON BERTH AVAILABLE TO 31st MARCH 2017 (this is paid for and can be transferred to the new owner).
