Broker's Comments
This well equipped cat is easily handled by two persons with her electric halyard winch and roller furling main. She can be dried out for careening on her reinforced 2m mini keels and with her four double cabins this Alex Simonis designed cat would be equally suited to charter. Unfortunately a hatch left open in the rainy season caused some water damage which has now mostly been attended to and whilst there is still work to do to bring her back to her best she is priced to reflect that. The owner has now returned to the UK permanently and so she is for sale at the very attractive price of 99,950 US$.
