Pacemaker / Egg Harbor in New Jersey had a good reputation for building a strong boat. The recent survey of this vessel revealed some osmotic blistering on the bottom but soundings with hammer revealed no apparent delamination in the layup of the hull. Thru-hull fittings, rudders, propellers, shafts, shaft struts, swim platform brackets and trim tab assemblies appear to be in serviceable condition. There has been a great deal of recent renovation with some of the interior cosmetics still awaiting upgrade.
Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.

VIRTUAL TOUR - VIDEO - 80 TO 100 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS VESSEL!
This Pacemaker 40 Flybridge Motoryacht is a good-looking boat that has enjoyed some nice recent improvements. The interior has new carpeting, paint and furnishings. The galley is open and clean. The aft cabin is full-width with a centerline queen berth. The aft head is in need of new wall coverings as are a few areas where the renovation hasn't yet taken place. It would make a very nice live-aboard. This boat would compare favorably to a Chris-Craft or a Roughwater.
