Broker's Comments
This is a delightful steel motor cruiser for sale in the south of France.
Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this steel hulled cruiser (formerly ketch motor sailor) for sale.
Based on the well-respected Nauticat 33 our vendors have owned this boat for 20 years and have used her as a motor cruiser for the last 16 years. In that time they have cruised around Denmark, then through the Göta Canal and then on to the Mediterranean via Holland & Germany, the Rhine, Main, Danube & Black Sea.,
Currently there is no shower or hot water installed on this boat but the opportunity exists should her new owners wish to install and modify. This is a serious motor boat that has been in the hands of knowledgeable and experienced owners for a long time. I was truly impressed with this boat. Her owners who have kept her in nice condition whilst enjoying many years and much fun aboard.
The original mast, rigging and sails are currently in Denmark. They can be included in the sale price should the new owners wish to convert this boat back to a motor sailor. We understand that the sails and rig are serviceable and where in working order when removed from the boat. However please note that the cost of transporting and updating the above will be at the new owners cost.
Either as a motor sailor or a canal, river and sea cruiser, she will perform her duties well.
