Broker's Comments
Solid heavy quality construction, extremely good sea keeping abilities, vast interior space, good looking and a fine pedigree? It's got to be a Nelson for me. And the Nelson 44 with it's huge ensuite aft cabin is highly sought after as a long distance cruising boat or as a liveaboard.
This particular example was previously owned by a highly knowledgeable and experienced owner and as such was maintained to an extremely high standard. She has had an engine rebuild and new shafts and props and has not worked hard since
She has a slightly modified aft cabin, a double and a single berth still leaving lots of storage space and the saloon areas are light and comfortable.
She would benefit now from an electronics upgrade although she does have everything you need in good working order.
The Nelson 44's don't come on the market very often now so it's a real pleasure to offer this one for sale
