This Nauticat 38 is a spacious boat and will comfortably sleep 6 in the forward, aft and main cabin and with the added benefit of 2 heads and 2 showers.
The Nauticat 38 has a reputation for being a sturdy boat with great build quality and they are designed to be a great cruising boats for short sea or long ocean crossings.
The Current owner has slowly been updating her over the last few years and this includes : new Ford Engine (2012), Starter motor, Alternator, heat Exchanger (2017), Pro Charger (2017) batteries (2017), Cooker (2017), Windlass (needs wiring), Dinghy (2017) 2no Sea Toilets (need fitting) Mizzen Sail (2015), Cutlass Bearing (2017) and Stern Gland (2018).
A small amount of work is now required to finish the items above and also some minor cosmetic work internally.
Once finished this will be a great boat and she would also make a great live aboard with her spacious cabin space.
