This is a fantastic, spacious ex-hire boat which would make a great family live-aboard or cruiser. The extra bedroom could easily be converted to an office id required, The two separate toilets, one pump-out and one cassette, as well as a separate bath/shower room, are most unusual.
There is a large living area with dinette, which converts to a double berth, giving seven berths in all.
A residential mooring is available at Cowroast Marina, with this boat, subject to agreement with Marina management - a premium may be payable for the transfer of mooring.
