Broker's Comments
I have a soft spot for these old girls, they remind me of cruising on the Thames with my Ma and Pa years ago – not that we had a 36 foot twin diesel classic though!
The accommodation is just what you’d expect, plenty of room in the dinette-style saloon and a good aft cabin. This particular has boat been looked after by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic owner, he even has logs recording his engine hours going back to the very start of his ownership, over 12 years ago now; hours that have dropped off from nearly 200 a year down to just 12 in 2012. So, it is time to hang up his sextant...
Many of these boats still have their original engines, but this one was re-engined in 2004, when she was fitted with two Sabre Perkins M300 Ti’s. I have a copy of the invoice, and even back in 2004 the cost would make your eyes water!
I recommend that you come and see for yourself – she is a lovely boat, and her pedigree makes her worth the effort!
