Broker's Comments
Moody Marksman 47 introduced 1988, ceased in 1991. This vessel was launched 1993 after bespoke fit out by A H Moody & Sons of Swanwick.
This particular yacht to this day demonstrates that Moody have lived up to their excellent reputation among sailors for their quality workmanship at sea, offering the highest comfort and build.
Based on the Moody 47 hull, the Marksman 47 has a built-in transom bathing platform and teak decks.
The Saloon contains ample space with the double leaf saloon table which incorporates the neatly hidden freezer located under the saloon table stem, (must see on pics the table is huge!)
She has been lovingly maintained during her Solent and Channel cruising and in 2010 her Garmin navigation gear was installed, electrics fitted to the master suite heads, new glazing on hatches with re-epoxy and antifoul 2012.
She would also be a most capable Bluewater cruiser should you want to travel further afield!
