Broker's Comments
This Moody 44 has been very well cared for in her current owners hands and has enjoyed many ocean going passages. With recent rig checks she is constantly maintained to keep her in tip top sailing condition. The calorifier was replaced 2013. The cockpit tent is approximately 5yrs old and the teak steps renewed 2014. As with the wonderful Moody design there is plenty of stowage in each cabin and lots of living space including easy chairs in the saloon creating further comfortable accommodation.
