Sails are currently in a local sail loft having just been serviced and cleaned.
The owner has had the rigging tested at intervals and all was well. He says the next thing he would probably upgrade would be the sails wardrobe.

Other Upgrades - The bow thruster was fitted in 2018, all new Raymarine instruments 2019. The Volvo D2 engine is real pleasure, starts first touch and runs beautifully. We have full title documents back to the sale by Moodys when new. With water maker, heating, windlass, Iridium, etc, she is a very well equipped example.

There is fabulous joinery throughout that you don’t get in many modern boats nowadays. There’s Seven berths in three cabins and the saloon with full 6'2" standing headroom. The forward cabin has a double -V berth with infill, storage lockers and en-suite (also accessible via main corridor) Heads with WC, washbasin and shower with hot and cold water. The saloon consists of a large U-shaped dinette to starboard which forms a single berth and settee seating area opposite with trot box forming another berth. The galley is to port with gas cooker - two burners, grill and oven, fridge/freezer, twin sinks and storage. The Nav station is to starboard with modern navigation equipment. There is a single quarter berth in the separate cabin between the saloon and aft cabin. There is a large heads to Port which again can be accessed via the main saloon or forms a en-suite to the owners Aft-Cabin suite. This comprises wc, wash hand basin and a shower area with screen. There is a pressurised hot & cold fresh water system via engine calorifier with immersion coil. This is a magnificent blue water Moody 38 CC that has been continuously upgraded over the years. Her keel bolts were also replaced 2021.
The accommodation is superb, build quality and fit out exceptional - this yacht was built with safe passage-making at the forefront. The current owner was impressed by her capabilities and that she ticked so many boxes from the safety aspect to providing a comfortable environment both in the cockpit and down below decks.
She is well equipped and has all her paperwork from new! A truly amazing yacht that will provide much excitement for years to come.
