Broker's Comments
This Moody 35 has been in the same ownership for 20 years. Her bottom has been Coppercoated in 2015 and she has been well maintained and serviced.
She is a good looking vessel with three separate cabins. The forward cabin has a double berth and the main saloon salon has 2 settee berths and a large table. Leading off the main saloon through the galley is the generous sized master cabin which would not be out of place in a much larger boat.
The very generous heads are located to port and include a good sized shower.
The engine compartment can be accessed by the removal of 2 panels located in the galley and the master cabin, giving ease of access to all parts of the engine.
She is suitable for many purposes, from long distance passage maker, family weekender and holiday maker to a liveaboard.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
