Broker's Comments
Very clean throughout and nicely maintained. This boat is on it's third owner and the current owner has put in a lot of work to keep her in great shape. Originally purchased in the USA, the boat was shipped down to St Maarten to save putting unnecessary hours on the engines.
Each year during hurricane season, the boat has been packed away and stored on the hard. All the external fabrics and upholstery are in excellent, like new condition. The top-side is all gelcoat finish, no external wood or teak to maintain.
The interior is very clean. No signs of water intrusion or moisture. The wood paneled floors are in excellent condition as are the curtains and headliners. In addition to the master-suite and twin guest cabin, there is also a sofa in the salon that doubles as a fold-out double bed. The single bathroom features a head, wash basin and walk-in shower stall with folding glass door.
On deck there is a wide walkway all round with high railing and plenty of handholds. Access to the fly-bridge is provided with wide, molded non-skid steps and handrail. Up on the fly-bridge, there is comfortable seating for 6 to 8 people plus the captain.
