Broker's Comments
The LM 27 offers the best properties that can be found in a motor sailor, a well built rugged sea boat that has a good turn of speed under motor or sail. Unlike many motor sailors she sails well and is easy to handle either motoring or sailing.
She also has a wheelhouse to protect the helm and crew from adverse weather conditions. No oilskins required.
This yacht was built in 1980 with typical Scandinavian design and build qualities and her present owner has added and upgraded her equipment. Sadly, ill health forces sale.
