Broker's Comments

Linssen yachts are renowned for building innovative, quality, steel, motor yachts. Linssen motor yachts are known for their excellent stability, ease of maneuverability and smart, spacious layout. This version has great opportunity for a variety of potential uses. This boat is an ideal platform for comfortable and reliable extended cruising, including Europe and the Thames, having a collapsible flybridge and mast. With dual controls, flybridge helm and raised teak cockpit, this boat also has excellent all-round views, contributing to easier handling and pilotage.

On visiting this boat, I found it to have a light and spacious feel, with walk-through headroom throughout, plenty of windows and hatches and an open plan design. The galley is spacious, alongwith two saloon areas that are perfect for liveaboard comfort and entertaining guests. The space and comfort extends to all areas of the accommodation, with seven berths and two separate cabins, including two, large, single bunks in the forward cabin and a large aft, double, cabin with en-suite facilities, including a separate, tiled, shower.

With a little updating, this boat has the potential to be a serious, sophisticated cruiser and or liveaboard, at a competitive price.

Please note: The dinghy pictured is included with the sale, being complete with sailing equipment and capability.
