Typically elegant lines as you expect from Philippe Briand, this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2 appears to have been exceptionally well maintained over the years. This vessel is taken out of the water by the current owner for 3 months a year. Anti-fouling and anodes are all up to date. The hull still looks lovely and the deck is uncluttered and safe to move around. She has a cast iron fin keel with bulb at the base.
The cockpit is spacious and deep so will easily accommodate family and friends when socialising on those lazy evenings after a great day sailing.
New seacocks and valves fitted in 2012.

She smells lovely too. There is a forward cabin with dressing table and a generous sized en-suite shower room/heads. Two ample sized double aft cabins and an additonal heads/shower to portside. The main saloon is cavernous, providing a large galley with plenty of stowage for all your gastronomic requirements. The fridge is huge and accessed from above. All the joinery and floors(holly and teak) look really pristine. The saloon is very comfortable with navy blue Alcantara upholstery. The saloon converts to a double berth if required. This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2 is an excellently maintained example and a credit to her owner. Jenneau's of this time were solidly built with lots of attention to detail and quality fittings and joinery. This elegant sailing yacht has sleek lines that were inspired by the Sun Odyssey 49. At sea she is an easy cruiser to handle. Her performance is optimised by her hull shape, classic sail plan, a long battened mainsail and an overlapping genoa.
She is wonderful for socialising too, with a large comfortable cockpit and a cavernous interior. This vessel has hardly any signs of wear and tear down below decks and is really bright, airey and well appointed. She is ideally suited to taking your family and friends away on holidays. The webasto heating will ensure you can enjoy a prolonged sailing season too. The current owner has sailed her to Holland, Belgium, France and of course the UK East and South Coast.
