Broker's Comments
The Island Packet 370 is a lot more than your average 37 footer. The high quality build and fit out is immediately apparent and she feels bigger than her 37 feet thanks to her design. On deck she has a good sized cockpit with plenty of seating and useful locker space and wide side decks making it easy to move around unimpeded.
The IP370 has a One-piece integral hull and keel which means there are no keel bolts to maintain, loosen or leak.
Her two double cabins both have island berths which is a feature rarely seen on a boat of this size. The saloon table folds up so is completely out the way when not in use making it easy to move around below deck. The forward en-suite head is spacious and provides a separate shower stall. The headroom is impressive too at a shade under 2m. This example has been lightly used and presents in great condition and has a very comprehensive set of electronics and safety equipment. All in all a very well built and solid blue water cruising yacht; and British flagged to boot!
Please Note: This yacht was previously listed by our Barcelona Office but has relocated to the UK and is now listed solely with Boatshed Wales.
