Broker's Comments
First impressions of this boat are of a robust, classical looking motor cruiser that needs work to return her to her former glory.
As one traverses around the boat, there is lots of evidence of work that is needed to restore her to how she should be, but she does seem solid underfoot, seems dry in her living spaces and doesn't smell damp.
That said, with the addition of some galley equipment, a bed and a working heads compartment, this boat may make a very pleasant, quick conversion to live aboard if she's relocated to another marina, with her great open, airy and light space.
We recommend a look to check her various spaces out and see if they may suit your needs.
