Broker's Comments
One owner vessel. Purchased New in 2009 in Canada from manufacturer by a couple. Owners sailed her throughout the Caribbean. Based in St Maarten for the last 4 years.
Regularly maintained, clean boat.
Non-furling Main, with full batons.
Genset needs to be replaced - the original unit is gone. 5 Panel Solar array with 2 independent power supplies. Includes engine spares, tools, extra ropes, gas bottles.
2022-03-13: Shaft Seal has a slow leak. Under repair. Several interior cabin doors were replaced with curtains. The doors will be replaced prior to sale. The sink in the main cabin head is blocked - repairs underway.
2022-05-20: Shaft Seal has been replaced. Sink is working fine. Reduced anchor count by 1. 3rd anchor could not be located onboard.
Boat is de-registered (ex-CAN), awaiting registration in St Maarten (Dutch Side)
