This American-built houseboat has four cabins, two bathrooms and an enormous top deck that is perfect for entertaining. With a large open plan living area and galley, there is over 790 sq ft internal space and would make a great family home. Compared to the adjacent flats, the space on offer represents brilliant value for money.
The residential mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 10% transfer fee (of the sale price). Current mooring fees are roughly £6,900 p.a.
