Total LOA 45'.
Airdraft of 19' includes radome and light standard. With mast retracted the minimum bridge clearance achievable would be 12'4" to the height of the flybridge venturi windshield.
Sturdy construction with solid laminate hull to the gunwales, PVC foam coring in the decks and superstructure, heavy stainless steel handrails and stanchions (with polished welds that are the hallmark of careful quality construction), molded-in gray tinted non-skid, and a teak interior that is richly nautical and durable without being glitzy.
Full keel with sturdy protective skeg beneath the prop and rudder -- great protection against deadheads and fishing nets!
Semi-displacement hull form that transitions from a sharp, deep forefoot to a nearly flat hullshape at the stern, which provides great stability and economy. Rounded chines yield an easy sea-going motion.
Fuel tanks are fiberglass. Water tanks are stainless steel. Holding tank is fiberglass.

This boat gives the impression of being much larger than its "43" designation implies with an amazingly roomy interior. The full-beam saloon is as spacious as something you'd find on a 50+ footer. The day head off the salon is another "big boat" feature. And the extended pilothouse actually serves as a comfortable living area in addition to its piloting function.
The quality of materials and construction are evident with solid teak and holly floors, beautiful teak joinery, louvered cabinet doors (for ventilation, not just appearance), heavy deck fittings and handrails, sturdy deck sections, and thick engine compartment sound insulation.
A walkthrough:
Board at the swim platform, with three removable safety rails (staples). Enter the cockpit through the transom door with the Helmsman logo on the stainless steel step plate.
The cockpit is roomy and uncluttered. Bulwarks are wide and high. Handrails overhead and on the transom. Cockpit cabinet houses a fresh water hot/cold sink and an icemaker. Lazarette storage below provides for very open, accessible storage.
The salon has a convertible U-shaped dinette with a hi-low table that folds to a coffee table also. The galley to starboard has a NovaKool 9.0 cu.ft refrigerator / freezer, Force 10 3-burner propane range, and Sharp Carousel over-counter microwave. White granite countertops. Fold-down storage cabinets overhead. Aft of the galley is space for a recliner (not included) or two smaller chairs. A fold-down overhead cabinet is intended for a flat-panel TV. Large, screened opening windows all around for tremendous light and visibility. Storage beneath the salon is -- again -- easily accessed and very voluminous.
The day head is two steps down -- very convenient with guests aboard. It also has shower capability.
The pilothouse is only two steps up from the salon and not partitioned in a way to make movement or communication between the salon and the pilothouse difficult. Visibility aft from the helm makes docking easier -- it is possible to see the aft quarters of the boat from the helm. The pilothouse has a large area for working with charts, and a dinette that seats three underway (also a great spot for coffee or cards while at anchor).
The master stateroom has a queen-sized pedestal berth with hinged under-berth access for storage. Plus large drawers, cedar-lined hanging lockers, an overhead hatch with blackout and bug screens, and two opening portlights.
The guest stateroom has a double berth, a hanging locker, and a small nightstand with drawers. And an opening portlight.
The master head has a separate shower stall with glass bi-fold door.
Access to the side decks is through port and starboard sliding doors from the pilothouse. Secure stairways lead to the upper deck and flybridge. Large diameter stainless steel welded handrails all around.
The flybridge has a starboard side helm and a U-shaped dinette. The radar mast folds down to reduce bridge clearance.
Headroom throughout is 6'8" or more. LED overhead lights, reading lights and courtesy lights. Florescent engine room lights.
Cabin heat is provided by a Webasto Thermo 90 ST hydronic heating system.
