Broker's Comments
This is a very sturdy looking vessel and will appeal to a variety of sailors. The owner has told us that there is a photograph on the wall at Osborne House Isle of Wight of the Queen Mother and a granddaughter sitting on the seats at the rear of the wheelhouse, doing Cowes week. This boat appears to be well looked after, smells fresh and overall looks to be a very nice vessel. She has been used as a live aboard and has plenty of stowage. The boat is bright and airy on the inside and looks good externally. The engine bay looked nice and clean and the engine fired up first time from cold. A really cracking boat from a highly respected Marque on at a sensible price too. This boat is currently lying in a picturesque marina on the River Medway and the railway station is within 5 minutes walking distance of the mooring. The railway gives access to London (approx 50mins) The current owner has used her as a comfortable livaboard and says that the mooring would be available for the next owner subject to the marina approval.
