Broker's Comments
The Halcyon 27 is a traditional offshore heavy displacement cruiser. This example is the best that I have seen, she has undergone a comprehensive renovation over the years, details of which can be provided if required.
She has been well cared and maintained by her fastidious owner, who has cruised her in the Bristol Channel, the Scilly Isles and Ireland. He reports that she is a seakindly boat capable of handling the most adverse of conditions.
The accommodation has 2 berths in the forward cabin with the heads to starboard and a hanging locker opposite. In the main saloon there are 2 settee berths one of which can be extended to make a small double berth. The galley is to port and there is a chart table opposite.
