Broker's Comments

A wonderful example of this classic motor yacht which has been maintained to a very high standard. The owner is a Grand Banks enthusiast and has recently up-sized to a Grand Banks 50, hence why this one is for sale. She boasts a classic Burmese teak interior with parquet floors which continues the classic feel throughout. Very useful access through side doors and a further entry point aft. She provides very efficient cruising at 20 litres per hour. Huge saloon area with 2 fridges and a dry bar! To cut down on domestic chores, you will find a dishwasher in the galley and a washing machine cleverly installed under the berth in the forward cabin. This really is a great opportunity for those looking to cruise in comfort and style and is priced to sell.
