Broker's Comments

This dual console bowrider is a great way to get out on Phang-Nga-Bay and explore all the islands between Phuket and Langkawi. Whether it's a day out on the water with the family, or a day fishing with the guys, this boat will deliver. Considered the Rolls Royce of fishing boats, Grady-White boats meet U.S.C.G "Basic Flotation" Certification and have won the marine industries CSI Award from the
National Marine Manufactures Association (NMMA) for 10 consecutive years.
This Grady White 225T was purchased by its present 2nd owner in June 2011 from Raffles Marina in Singapore.
Raffles Marina store their powerboats on 3 story racks indoors when not being used, so the original owner of the would call the marina, have the boat lifted off the racks and put in the water when he wanted to use it and afterwards, the marina would lift the boat, wash it down and put it back on the racks. Consequently, after 4 years of ownership the boat only had 200 hours on the original Yamaha F250 engine when purchased by the current owner. She was transported by a low loader flatbed truck from S’pore, to Langkawi in late 2011 where she stayed until Langkawi registration was completed. The boat was then run the last 125NM up to Phuket. On arrival in January 2012, the boat underwent an extensive refit throughout 2012 including:
1) Installation of a new “Garalick” bracket for a new standby engine. 2) Installation of a new Yamaha FT9.9GMHL “High Thrust” engine. 3) Installation of a new Racor/Parker Fuel Filter/Water Separator. 4) Installation of fuel lines/plumbing for the new engine. 5) Removal of the original aft folding seat and fabrication of a new teak bench seat. 6) Replacement of the plastic cup holders (8) with Stainless Steel cup holders. 7) Removal of the original “Portta-Potty”. 8) Installation of a compact Jabsco Marine Head and all associated plumbing.
9) Removal of the original stainless steel/sunbrella folding bimini. 10) Fabrication of a 2/3rd length fixed-frame bimini. 11) Fabrication of a “Nylex” (100% waterproof) fabric top, imported from Australia. 12) Fabrication of “Cool-A-Roo” side weather panels, brought in from Abu Dhabi. 13) Fabrication of front and side roll-up/down windows.
14) Re-cutting the full-length boat cover (Re-cut to accommodate the new Bimini vertical supports) 15) Replacement of the two original 12V batteries, with two new Mastervolt AGM 90Ah batteries in 2012. 16) Moving the batteries from their original location, aft,to their new location, forward, under the helm. 17) Installation of a 3 socket DC outlet at the helm to power iPad, GPS, Cell Phone etc. 18) Installation of both 110VAC and 220VAC invertors.
19) Application of Micron 66 antifouling to the hull and Trilux 33 to the aluminum drive and lower casing of the main engine. 20) Removal of the original swim ladder from the aft swim platform and installing a new “over the rail” ladder on the starboard side, just aft of the helm. 21) Purchase of a new Maxwell RC6 windlass, 2/3 split anchor hatch from the manufacturer and a new Fortress FX-11 anchor. (These items are available, but have not yet been installed on the boat)
All of the above works were completed during 2012 by reputable companies with their offices at the Boat Lagoon in Phuket. All receipts are available.
In addition to the above work done on the boat, also included are:
1) Grady-White Owners Manual. 2) Owners manuals for each engine – Yamaha F250AETX and FT9.9GMHL Yamaha F250AETX Total Hours: 250 Hrs (Fuel Burn: 40 lph @ 25kts approx.)
