Broker's Comments
Gemini have been building the 105Mc for 29 years. Over 1000 boats have been delivered making them one of the most proven and popular catamarans ever built.
They were cleverly designed to give you the advantages of owning a Catamaran but within a beam of 14 feet, suitable for most marina berths and for road transport. Yet she has lots of stable, usable deck space, light, airy accommodation and sailing performance that surprises unsuspecting newcomers! Her centreboards wind down easily and greatly improve going upwind. Lifting centreboards and kick-up rudders will have you sailing through less than 2' of water and she takes the ground safely and comfortably, the engine leg pivots up well clear when under sail or on the beach.
On deck she is well thought out, modified by the current owner all lines lead over the coachroof into the cockpit so she's ideal for short handed cruising. She is clear and clean to move around, the side decks are usable and she has jackstays for use at sea. There are seats on the bow and a great hammock arrangement on the aft deck for when the weather is nice but also a full cockpit enclosure for when it's not so! Wide transom steps go down to a bathing ladder making access safe and easy
Below the saloon is bright and spacious, the table drops to become a berth if required and each hull has a double cabin aft. The linear galley works well and the opposite hull has a great workshop/bookshelf area leading to the heads and shower. There is plenty of storage throughout making it difficult to imagine she is less than 34' long
This particular boat is well loved and cared for. In current ownership she has had many upgrades and has been continuously maintained to a high standard. She is well equipped.
You could be aboard the only boat in that beautiful, shallow bay!
