Broker's Comments
I am very pleased to offer this very tidy example of the wonderful Falcon 22 SPC.
This example has a Ford FSD 75hp diesel engine and this starts and runs very nicely. The boat is very well presented in original gelcoat and she is very tidy and well kept.
Her cockpit is spacious and flexible and appears to be in very good condition and clean and tidy. The helm seat shows two small splits and are a simple and cheap fix but are not overtly noticeable or intrusive or detract from the wonderful impression the cockpit delivers. Her interior is super tidy with excellent upholstery and carpets and her headlining's are very good. She has a large social, forward sitting area that converts to a double berth and a separate under cockpit sole double. She has a large heads and shower to starboard and a compact but fully equipped galley to port. She benefits from 240v shore power, warm air heating, battery charger, inverter, calorifier, speed, depth and a new canopy by Bailey and Stone in 2020 and her BSS runs to 24/02/2024. This a very nice example of these popular boats and is sure to please her new owner.
