Broker's Comments
This is a very tidy example of the wonderful Fairline Holiday MkII Cruiser. These boats are so much fun and so versatile for their diminutive 23 foot size.
They offer a lot of space in 23 feet with not an inch wasted, plus the solid Fairline build quality you would expect. These boats can sleep 4 people in comfort and have everything you would need to cruise and have great weekends.
These make a fabulous starter boat that is very hard to beat for its capability, flexibility, space, looks and comfort. She has been extensively upgraded lots of new joinery and equipment. Her upholstery inside and outside looks and feels very good indeed.
The engine and out drive were extensively serviced and rebuilt in 2012 and the last service carried out in August 2021. He current owner believes only around 15hrs cruising have been done since her last service.
The past owner explained to the current owner the extensive works undertaken in the repair, replacement and maintenance programme of this boat. There is a mass of documentation on board detailing the works and is available to view onboard.
This boat also has a large and sociable cockpit with large bench seating and two captain's chairs and this all appears to be very good with no damage noticed. She benefits from a solid swim platform that affords easy access from the stern adding further mooring flexibility. Her cockpit canopy is new and offers full headroom throughout the cockpit.
She also benefits from having her own trailer included allowing for storage away from expensive berths and marinas. A great benefit with today's high cost of living in keeping costs to a minimum.
These boats are referred to as the "Tardis" for very good reason as they offer incredible space and secure handling all in just a 23 foot package.
This boat is a very tidy example and surely one of the cleanest, best loved and well equipped examples of her type currently available.
If you are looking for an ideal starter cruiser that offer sports cruiser style and great accommodation for 4 then look no further.
