Broker's Comments
Pictures taken Feb 2015.
This Ex MOD Launch has been converted to a lovely roomy, comfortable, live aboard vessel but still has the advantage of cruising on the high seas should she be required to do so.
Over the past 18 years she has been fitted out to a very high standard by her fastidious live aboard owner complete with a lovely lounge/living area forward, a large kitchen/galley to port with bathroom starboard complete with full size bath, the large dining/wheelhouse is midships,we have a single cabin aft port with the double cabin aft starboard with adjoining heads, complete with full central heating on board.
The owner has sailed her every year for his annual Holidays and last year's trip was to Ireland and back to the Highlands of Scotland.
The Residential Berth can also be available to Buyer by arrangement with the Owner.
If you are looking for a boat to live aboard or to cruise the water's with this may be the one for you.
