Broker's Comments
Home away from home, the Transworld 39 offers volumes of space and comfort, combined with safe, sea-keeping performance.
Built in 1991, by Transworld Taiwan, these boats were designed to offer home-like comforts while enjoying long periods aboard.
Deck-space is vast. Forward of the saloon there is room for sun lounging on the wide bow section, accessed by broad side walks to port and starboard. The raised aft deck is not far off big enough to host games of table tennis, ideal for BBQ's, deck chairs or sun loungers. The flybridge centres around the helms seat with room for 6+ passengers. Both flybridge and aft deck can be completely enclosed while berthed or underway.
Inside, via large sliding glass doors, the saloon, starboard "sofa" seating and main helm make for an bright, airy space with excellent 360 visibility. Drop down several steps and the airy, light feeling continues through to the port side dinning space, opposite the huge galley. The forecabin, offers twin singles/double berth layout with private access to the port-side heads/shower.
The master cabin, situated aft of the saloon, comprises huge, central, double bed, ample surround storage and large, private heads with separate, full height, shower unit.
The boat benefits from a selection of modern navigational aids, located at both helms stations.-all updated in 2017.
Power comes from 2x Diesel Caterpillar 3208TA's producing 375hp per engine. Both engines have received regular servicing and show in good working order. The same applies to the 8KVA Genset.
The gelcoat would benefit from a good cut and polish and really add to the overall presentation of this great looking motor yacht.
When aboard, I was struck by how well spaces have been utilized. The sense of light, visibility and openness gives a feeling of being aboard a much larger boat, yet when stood at either helms station, the boat feels anything but challenging to operate.
I highly recommend viewing, to really appreciate how much this boat has to offer.
