Broker's Comments
This Dyna Craft 58 offers spacious living accommodation for a family/friends, combined with cruising ability. She also benefits from full central heating and air conditioning throughout.
Our first impressions when we stepped on board was "wow!" the amount of space on the enclosed aft deck is perfect for entertaining or an area to sit, relax and enjoy the views.
A further extension to this houses a gas locker and extra space before reaching the stern with a swim platform, davits and dinghy. There are also stairs to the flying bridge cockpit area, remove the covers enjoy the fresh air and watch the boats go by.
The large wheelhouse/saloon has more seating for a day lounge/dining room with plenty of windows. This offers extensive living space with panoramic views.
Steps lead down to a well appointed galley area, plenty of storage and work surfaces, an electric oven and hob, sink and fridge. From here there is a cabin with two single berths and a forward cabin with a large double berth, plenty of storage and a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with walk-in shower.
Aft of the wheelhouse, there is another set of steps leading down to a toilet with basin. Another cabin with a double bunk, currently in use as a walk-in wardrobe. This leads to the aft master cabin, a beautiful space offering another double berth with even more wardrobe, drawers and storage. There is an ensuite with a toilet, basin and a full size bath for the master cabin. There are 3 toilets in total.
As a cruising home, static home, or anywhere in between, the accommodation flows well, providing an exceptional opportunity to change your lifestyle and spend extended periods afloat.
Mooring is available at Brighton marina. If you are looking to escape from the city, Brighton is within easy reach with excellent rail/road links so why not make your home one on the water?
