Broker's Comments
Dutch steel cruiser for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this exceptional 14.5m Rijnlandvlet from the historic (and still family run) De Volharding yard. De Volharding have been renowned for high quality bespoke builds for over one hundred years and this Vlet is a superb example. From the quality of the steelwork and the wood and leather interior to the care and attention she has obviously enjoyed over the years this boat is a joy to behold. A hull that glides over the water (see our navigation video), an interior that blends craftsmanship with light, space and practicality.
Our vendors live full-time aboard and this vessel is ideally suited to long term cruising in comfort and is just at home on canals and rivers as Europe’s coasts and lakes.
Even though the vessel is up for sale our conscientious owner has booked a dry docking for January 2023 for antifouling and anodes to be renewed. This could be a good time to view (or to organise your pre-purchase survey?). For more information and appointments to view, please contact Graham, your Boatshed broker at Boatshed Midi Canals.
